SMS Privacy Policy

Future State Cyber respects your privacy. This policy explains how information associated with our business text-messaging service is collected, used, retained, and shared.

Information we collect

When you communicate with Future State Cyber by SMS, we may collect:

  • Your name and mobile telephone number
  • Your SMS consent or opt-in status
  • The date, time, and content of messages
  • Information you voluntarily provide during a business conversation
  • Records of HELP, STOP, START, and related requests

Please do not send passwords, access credentials, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information by SMS.

How we use information
